Priyanka’s passion not only includes cooking, but also animals, travel and the environment. For the past 4+ years Priyanka has taken strides to live more sustainability, and that is demonstrated through her choices across food, fashion, travel, and lifestyle. Her debut cookbook The Modern Tiffin shares sustainable tips & recipes throughout; her fashion choices include only sustainable & ethically produced garments,, she does not cook with any products that contain palm oil, she has a particular focus on food wastage & compost – creating hundreds of low-waste & zero-waste recipes (which she shares in her series ‘Cook With Chef Pri at 3’), and she shares tips on how to live a more sustainable life by making swaps to meet daily needs. Priyanka hopes to build on more partnerships and opportunities in this arena.
